Are the Swim Bags, Camp/gear Bags and Toiletry Bags washable?

Due to the clear waterproof coating on the nylon we recommend you wipe our  bags over with a mild detergent and damp cloth. This method with give the fabric longevity and retain the clear waterproof coating on the inside of the bag.

How do I place an order?

1. On line using your credit card through a secure server (we accept Visa and  Master card).
2. Download our order form and fax or email it through to us to organise payment via either direct deposit or credit card. Download order form from here (page 1, page 2)
3. Calling within New Zealand contact us on (09) 5350026 or if calling outside the Auckland area 0800 244 747 or (0800 big pirana) and we'll process your order over the phone.
4. Calling within Australia contact us on 1800 237456 and we'll process your order over the phone.

Is it safe to order online?

Absolutely yes! Big Pirana uses a Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. If however you still feel uneasy about ordering online feel free to use one of our other order methods.

Are my personal details safe with Big Pirana?

Yes Big Pirana  practices safe e-Commerce. We do not store credit card details and at no time do we share any of our customers information with any other parties. How long will it take to receive our order if the delivery address is within New Zealand ?

Mail, telephone and internet orders are typically sent out within 4 working days.

• All North Island deliveries cost $7.50 with an additional charge of $5.00 for rural delivery.
• All South Island deliveries cost $10.00 with an additional charge of $5.00 for rural delivery.

What is Big Pirana refund/exchange policy?

There is nothing that pleases us more than a happy customer, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs.

Does Big Pirana deliver worldwide?

Yes, Big Pirana loves to send our products around the world.
We despatch our products through New Zealand Post & DHL freight forwarder , and delivery time frames  change from country to country. If you wish to have this information, please advise us and we would be more than happy to email you with a more exact delivery time, based on the country we are sending it to.

How much postage do parents pay if purchasing through a *school or organisation?

There is no postage charged to parents, when purchasing through a *school or organisation.

* The total order of the school or organisation must be $200.00 or more to take advantage of this freight free offer.

Who do our parents make the cheques payable to?

Any cheques should be made payable to your school or fundraising organisation.

Who processes the credit card payments?

All credit card payments are processed by Big Pirana, once we have received all the orders from the school or organisation.
